Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go Edit Photos website at goeditphotos.com and our photo-editing services (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contactus@goeditphotos.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or threaten the security of the Service.

3. Services Offered

Go Edit Photos provides professional photo-editing and retouching services, including but not limited to:

• Basic photo adjustments (exposure, color correction, cropping)
• Advanced retouching (skin retouching, object removal, compositing)
• Background removal and replacement
• Product photo editing for e-commerce
• Real estate photo enhancement
• Batch processing for high-volume orders

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted per image or per project and are displayed before you confirm an order.
• Payment is due according to the invoice issued for your order.
• We accept payment via GCash, bank transfer, and PayPal.
• Work begins only after payment is received or an approved payment arrangement is in place.
• All applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time files and instructions are received. Large batches or complex edits may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance. Delivery is made through the platform's secure project download system. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete uploads, unclear instructions, or third-party outages beyond our control.

6. Revisions & Redo Requests

• We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the delivered work.
• Revision requests must be submitted through the platform's redo-request feature within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests submitted after 7 days may be treated as new work and billed accordingly.
• Revisions cover corrections within the original scope of instructions. Requests that change the original scope may incur additional charges.

7. File Upload & Storage

• Uploaded files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage and accessed via encrypted, time-limited URLs.
• Completed project files are retained for 30 days after delivery, then permanently deleted.
• You are responsible for downloading your completed files within the retention period.
• We are not responsible for files that are not retrieved before deletion.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

a. Your Images

You retain full ownership and copyright to every image you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license solely to access, process, and deliver the edited results to you. We will not use, publish, or redistribute your images for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

b. Our Platform

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and written content, is owned by Go Edit Photos and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

9. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors.
• Infringes upon another person's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Is created to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any form of malicious code.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or report any such material to the appropriate authorities.

10. Refunds

• If the delivered edit does not match the agreed scope and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Work that has been approved and downloaded is considered accepted and is non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Edit Photos and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Edit Photos, its owners, employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Images you uploaded that you did not have the right to submit.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service.

14. Account Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, your project files will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
• Outstanding invoices remain payable after account termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu, Philippines, unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
